How long should I plan to visit each area I want to consider before moving? Will a week in each location be enough?
We had pretty much decided that David seemed to have more of what we wanted so we
didn’t have to go to other places. But we did make 3 trips to David to get a feel for
where we would prefer to live and learn the streets and businesses better.
I would suggest that you single out one or two places that seem the best and stay a few
days or a week at them. See if the town seems like a good fit for what you NEED and WANT.
Then return 6 months or a year later and see if you still feel the same way.
We’re all different, you may need to see a lot of places, this is only one man’s opinion,
“your mileage may vary”:)
I was born and raised in Panama and have been following Kris’ blog, for a while. I’ve really enjoyed seeing my home country, through the eyes of a “newbie” experiencing everything for the first time. Brings back so many wonderful memories. Hope you have a wonderful holiday season!
Kris loves it here in Panama and enjoys blogging about our experiences. We are still looking at Panama
through “new” eyes but for the most part things have only gotten better.
Happy Holidays and thanks for commenting.
Crossing fingers that she wins–she should!! I sent a comment–hope it helps–Ma

We always find cogent information on your blog posts and there’s even more if new readers read the older posts. Good pictures also included. Thanks.
More comments are coming, hope she does well-thanks!
Thanks! You have to leave a comment over there at the expats blog site for it to count though.
