In the construction phase is a 10 unit apartment complex near to El Torrenal Mall. I’ll be interested to see how it turns out, if it is popular perhaps more will be constructed. It reminds me of an apartment building I lived in as a kid in Honolulu, Hawaii. It was lots of fun with interesting people and a beautiful pool area. Ah, sweet memories……
I know the Ed Horna has more rentals that are larger/more luxurious from $700-$1500, some with pools, offices, etc. This may help you plan a proposed budget for you contemplated move. Good luck!
